You'll play a key role in designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the Salesforce platform., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. * 4+ years of Salesforce development experience building enterprise-level applications. * Strong experience developing with: * Salesforce Apex * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Visualforce * Aura Components * SOQL & SOSL * Apex Triggers * Salesforce APIs * Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, junction objects, relationships, workflows, flows, and platform architecture. * Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications. * Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security. * Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, and migration tools. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile development environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
