You'll work from our Sharon office each day, handling escalated Tier 2 issues remotely and traveling to facilities across the region when hands-on support is needed. Because our end users are clinical and administrative staff, uptime, and careful documentation matter - a workstation that won't connect is someone unable to chart a patient. The right person is comfortable across Windows desktop and server environments, knows their way around a network stack, and writes clearly enough that the next technician can pick up where they left off. Linux experience is welcome but not required.
