This is a build and ship role. We are currently building our new AI-native website and internal tooling in-house, and you will take ownership of that infrastructure: maintaining it, extending it, and building the systems around it that let a small marketing team operate like a large one. You will work directly with the CMO and alongside brand, content, and IR. You will have real ownership and real budget. Responsibilities Web infrastructure Take over our new AI-built website as its permanent owner. Maintain and harden the codebase, ship new pages and campaign landing pages, own performance, SEO fundamentals, analytics instrumentation, uptime, and deploys. Extend the component and page system so marketing can publish on-brand without filing tickets, and keep the AI-assisted build workflow that produced the site running as our standard way of shipping. Internal AI tooling Build and maintain the EnergyX Brand Studio: an internal application that generates on-brand decks, emails, social assets, and collateral against locked brand rules. Expand into IR tooling, research assistants, and internal knowledge search across our documents, media database, and campaign history. Agentic workflows and automation Design agents and pipelines that handle real operational load: content repurposing, media monitoring, investor inbox triage, campaign reporting, competitive intelligence. Wire together our CRM, email platform, raise platform, and analytics into systems that run without babysitting. Data and reporting Own the pipes and dashboards behind marketing and capital markets reporting. Campaign performance, funnel metrics, cost of capital, attribution. Make the numbers self-serve and trustworthy. Governance Set the standards for how AI is used across the company: evaluation, prompt and rule versioning, cost controls, access, and data handling. We operate in a regulated capital raising environment, so accuracy and compliance are core to the work. ## Related Videos - [DevOps at Netflix](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/270-devops-at-netflix) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
