Intermediate/Expert-level proficiency with SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) 8+ years' experience developing end-to-end business intelligence solutions for diverse audiences. Proficiency with Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tool required. 8+ years' experience building/automating data integration solutions using SQL, APIs, and other tools. Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar tool required. 8+ years testing and upgrading application systems across a variety of platforms and databases (SQL, Windows, Cloud Hosted, etc.) Experience working in a healthcare environment (medical or mental health). ## Description The Manager of IT Engineering & Analytics will lead the Spurwink IT Applications team, which supports Spurwink's mission by managing essential software, creating custom data integrations/automations, and by developing interactive business intelligence solutions. DUTIES: * Lead and mentor a team of IT analysts and business intelligence developers, driving a collaborative and innovative environment. * Collaborate across business areas to gather requirements, design and develop comprehensive solutions that improve business processes and data-driven decision-making. * Build/maintain a repository of knowledge documents and training materials. Cross-train team members in new software and BI solutions. * Maintain proficiency with Spurwink's business processes and lead efforts to improve agency outcomes and efficiency by integrating new technologies and promoting data-driven decision-making. * Complete detailed application comparisons when new initiatives arise that align with the IT Strategic Plan. Present supporting documentation and recommendations to Technology Steering Committee for approval and prioritization. * Understand the complexities affecting the reliability and validity of data in Spurwink's information systems.
