## Description

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff., * Provide help desk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

 * Manage and maintain VPN connections to ensure secure remote access for employees.
 * Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security policies across the network.
 * Monitor and maintain firewall configurations to protect against unauthorized access.
 * Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, tracking issues from reporting through resolution.
 * Assist in computer networking tasks, including setup and maintenance of network devices.
 * Administer Active Directory for user account management, permissions, and group policies.
 * Use Remedy for tracking service requests and managing IT service delivery.
 * Collaborate with team members using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
 * Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
