 * Strong P&L ownership experience
 * Business development and customer relationship management experience
 * Experience leading operations and field teams
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
 * High School Diploma required
 * Bachelor's Degree preferred
 * RCDD Certification is a plus

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Division Manager / Operations Manager to lead and grow our Low Voltage Technologies division in the Tampa/Plant City market.

This leadership role is responsible for operations, business development, sales, estimating, project management, financial performance (P&L), customer relationships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead daily operations for the Low Voltage division
 * Manage P&L and overall financial performance
 * Develop annual operating budgets and business plans
 * Drive business development and revenue growth
 * Oversee estimating, project management, and field operations
 * Build and mentor high-performing teams
 * Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
 * Maintain strong customer relationships
 * Provide operational reporting and performance metrics
 * Collaborate with accounting, HR, IT, fleet, and executive leadership
