Required Technical Skills and Expertise: * Developing production-grade microservices using Java 21 and Java 25 * Implementing clean and consistent API contracts, and ensuring secure, reliable integration with internal and external systems. * Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases, support deployment and validation in staging and production, and troubleshoot issues across distributed environments. * Over time, the developer will drive improvements in service performance, resiliency, and observability while contributing to shared engineering standards, reusable components, and automation across the microservices ecosystem. * Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role. ## Description GDIT is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer/Microservices to support software development for our USPS customers.
