## Description

Duties Include:

 * Lead architectural design ensuring scalability, maintainability, reliability, and open-standard compliance.
 * Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, secure source code in Government owned GIT repository.
 * Conduct and participate in mandatory peer code reviews.
 * Ensure all code passes automated quality and security scans; remediate all new Blocker, Critical, or High findings prior to task completion. Identify, report, analyze, and execute technical debt remediation as prioritized by Government.
 * Research, prototype, and mentor team members in emergent technologies including AI/ML, low-code/no-code, and AI-assisted coding tools. Maintain minimum 90% automated test coverage of all new code.
 * Ensure overall code quality rating of 'A' in SonarQube.
 * Ensure 90% of individual methods are documented inline in tool-compatible format.
