 * LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.: 3 years.

## Description

* Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
 * Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
 * Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
 * Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
 * Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
 * Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
 * Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
