## About the Role

* 9+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and technical leadership responsibilities
 * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
 * Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
 * Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow Builder
 * Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, and middleware
 * Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, SSO, and MFA
 * Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset
 * Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern deployment practices
 * Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and large data volumes
 * Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
 * Certifications must
