This hybrid position offers the opportunity to lead technical execution for a cross-functional engineering team in delivering high-quality software that enhances healthcare outcomes. You will report to Engineering Manager., * Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software within an agile cross-functional team. * Own technical designs and help guide implementation in alignment with architectural standards and business goals. * Build scalable, maintainable, well-tested software using modern engineering best practices. * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and support for sound design decisions. * Regularly leverage AI-assist software tooling in ways that increase throughput, effectiveness and quality * Evaluate and propose opportunities for generative AI as part of delivering solutions to delight customers * Develop strong knowledge of the medication management domain to act as a technical subject matter expert. * Partner closely with product, design, and adjacent engineering teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions aligned with customer needs. * Take ownership of deliverables and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure successful execution.
