## About the Role

ThinkingKap seeks a highly experienced contract Articulate Storyline Developer to create engaging, interactive eLearning courses using Storyline 360. We need a meticulous developer who can hit the ground running, working efficiently from provided storyboards and assets with minimal ramp-up time. This role requires close collaboration with our instructional designers to produce high-quality, polished training materials for our clients., * Extensive experience in advanced Articulate Storyline development, with a portfolio demonstrating sophisticated skills and high-quality deliverables.

 * Must possess active subscriptions for Articulate Storyline 360 and Dropbox (or be willing to secure them prior to starting).
 * High-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 is essential.
 * Proven ability to meticulously adhere to programming and design specifications (functionality, layout, typography, color palettes).
 * Requires a meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail.
 * Demonstrated capacity for independent work, effective time management to meet deadlines, and productive contributions with minimal oversight.
 * Excellent and prompt communication skills.

## Description

* Leverage your expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 to develop high-quality eLearning courses based on provided content and client specifications.
 * Create complex and engaging interactive elements within Storyline using variables, triggers, layers, states, and other advanced functionalities.
 * Incorporate multimedia assets (audio, video, graphics) and construct interactive exercises, simulations, and evaluations.
 * Ensure the final eLearning products are visually appealing, user-friendly, technically sound, and adhere to accessibility requirements when necessary.
 * Proactively perform comprehensive testing on your work to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.
 * Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal team members to ensure clarity and incorporate feedback efficiently.
