Who are we looking for? We are seeking a NOC Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve software, voice, and network connectivity-related issues for our clients. As the first hand in resolving all client concerns, you and your team are the face of the NOC. Providing 24x7 monitoring and management.

Responsibilities:

 * Actively monitor multiple client networks/switches/firewalls nationally
 * Provide technical assistance with network connectivity and software/switch troubleshooting
 * Track customer issues and resolutions with detailed documentation through ticketing system
 * Resolve issues/tickets for clients via phone, email, or live Webex session
 * Apply standardize troubleshooting steps to restore network connectivity/resolve issue
 * Assist Data, Cisco and Avaya engineers as needed
