The Technical Missile Lead will frequently interface with internal and external stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, key major suppliers and government customers. The role requires a high level of execution expertise coupled with the ability to lead a high visibility production program. The additional responsibilities of the Technical Missile Lead aspect of the role include ensuring all GMIA related scope across the Stinger Blk I Missile production is executed per proper technical rigor, with a cohesive technical approach and compliant to our execution practices. Occasional Failure Investigations may be conducted to determine the root cause of production issues as well as corrective actions implementation in engineering scope or manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ.
