Someone who thinks in systems, connects platforms other people cannot even name, and treats AI as a working partner rather than a novelty. Sales experience is a plus but not essential. Technical ability and curiosity carry more weight. We will teach the commercial craft. What we cannot teach is the mindset that turns raw tools into real leverage., * Strong IT and technical background. Comfortable in a terminal, with APIs, and with basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language. * Fluent with modern AI tools. Regular working use of Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, or agentic AI workflows, with examples of what you have built. * Experience integrating platforms using Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, or custom code. * Clear, concise written English. * Self directed, high output, and effective in a remote environment. * Genuine drive to build something. You want your work to move a real number., * You have built an AI agent, workflow, or automation that saved measurable time or generated measurable revenue. Evidence welcome. * Experience with LLM prompting at scale, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or n8n AI nodes. * Prior use of Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a modern CRM such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce. * Cold outreach experience by phone, email, or LinkedIn. * Exposure to construction, energy, industrial, oil and gas, or other mission critical sectors. ## Description You will build the intelligence engine that finds every major data center, hyperscale, and oil and gas construction project in North America, then identifies and reaches the decision makers on those projects. General contractor leadership, superintendents, equipment managers, safety leads, procurement. You will use ConstructConnect, Dodge, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and any AI or automation tool you can justify to build a warchest of qualified contacts, then run outreach that books product demos for the founder and the sales team.
