You assess what needs attention - maybe an infrastructure issue affecting production, a vendor deliverable that needs validation, or an automation project nearing completion. You troubleshoot problems that don't have runbooks, coordinate with partner teams when the fix isn't in your control, and build tools that prevent the problem from recurring. You mentor junior engineers along the way and communicate progress to leadership. No one assigns your daily tasks, you determine priorities based on impact. About the team We're Amazon's primary imaging center for North America - a warehouse team that prepares and ships every corporate laptop before an employee's first day. We process thousands of devices weekly across multiple imaging lanes and shifts. You'll work alongside engineers, technicians, and operations specialists who build their own tools, write their own procedures, and own their programs end-to-end. Our culture is hands-on, direct, and team-first. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and look for ways to improve how things work. Every day brings something different. ## Related Videos - [Securing your application software supply-chain](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/468-securing-your-application-software-supply-chain) - [Remote Driving on Plant Grounds with State-of-the-Art Cloud Technologies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/251-remote-driving-on-plant-grounds-with-state-of-the-art-cloud-technologies) - [Modern Data Architectures need Software Engineering](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1030-modern-data-architectures-need-software-engineering) - [JavaScript?
