## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java, Spring, or Angular
 * Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL-based services
 * Strong understanding of distributed systems, including scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance principles
 * Experience with cloud-native technologies, preferably Amazon Web Services, including Docker and Kubernetes
 * Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, observability, and secure development
 * Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong passion for continuous learning and solving complex technical challenges
 * Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and large language models is preferred
 * Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

## Description

Design and deliver scalable cloud-native applications and platform services that support critical business capabilities and innovation.

 * Design, develop, and operate critical backend services, application programming interfaces, and data processing systems
 * Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code using Java, Spring, and REST API technologies
 * Solve complex technical challenges related to distributed systems, concurrency, scalability, and performance
 * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
 * Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews to continuously improve engineering quality and standards
 * Own the full software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
 * Identify opportunities to improve platform architecture and recommend practical, scalable solutions
 * Promote engineering best practices for scalability, reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence
