You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems., * A Systems Thinker. You are proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment., + Requirements Translation: Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions. + Lifecycle Implementations: Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment. + Analytical Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems. + Reporting Strategy: Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics. * Technical Expertise + Platform Configuration: Advanced Workday configuration experience. + System Integrations: Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations. + Data Analysis: Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities. + Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling. + Release Management: Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.
