This is a high-profile role accountable for delivering a large-scale front-to-back platform transformation underpinning a strategic joint venture. The successful candidate will lead execution of the program covering the rollout of trading, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and data platforms to establish the technology foundation for a new operating entity. Working directly with senior executives, this individual will combine strategic leadership with relentless execution to drive one of the firm's most important transformation initiatives., * Lead Strategic Execution: Translate strategic objectives into a clear, executable roadmap and maintain focus on critical path delivery. * Own End-to-End Technology Delivery: + Lead execution of the joint venture technology program and own delivery outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program success. + Oversee the delivery, integration, migration, and deployment of front-office trading platforms, middle- and back-office systems, risk and finance platforms, data services, and supporting infrastructure required for Day 1 launch. + Drive accountability across workstream leads to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
