## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree
 * 4+ years of IT project management experience
 * Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce
 * Proven capacity to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
 * Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum framework
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment
 * Work authorization in the U.S. (no current or future sponsorship required), * Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications
 * PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent professional certification
 * Consulting experience
 * Strong documentation, attention to detail, and user story writing experience
 * Flexibility to assume responsibilities as a Business Analyst (BA) or Test Lead when required by project needs

## Description

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end client engagements - from discovery through go-live - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

You will:

 * Lead cross-functional delivery teams of consultants, developers, and architects
 * Manage multiple Salesforce implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies
 * Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
 * Own project budgets, timelines, scope, and resource utilization
 * Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into user stories
 * Oversee the full software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
 * Manage change requests and ensure scope alignment
 * Partner with Sales and Client Advisors on pre-sales scoping and solution strategy
 * Identify additional opportunities to expand client partnerships

This role blends leadership, strategy, delivery excellence, and client relationship management.
