Knowledge and Skills: * In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows based server operating systems. * In depth knowledge of and proficiency with data visualization software, such as Power BI and/or Tableau. * Proficiency in writing SQL to query tables and views and to review stored procedures. * Ability to translate business requirements into action items for building dashboards or fulfilling requests. * Strong systems thinking and ability to understand dataflow across multiple applications. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: * Primarily sitting * Lift up to 25lbs. * Office environment, occasional afterhours or weekend work, some local travel when required ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Analyst, Outpatient Operations is responsible for supporting Charlotte Radiology's outpatient service lines through the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of operational data. This role partners closely with operations leadership to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and service line growth. The Data Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, forecasting models, and ad hoc analyses that enable data-driven decision making across Breast Services, Carolinas Imaging Services (CIS), and Vein Services.
