This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a competitive salary, company profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, and ample opportunities for career growth within a rapidly-expanding managed service provider specializing in premium technology solutions., * A minimum of 5 years of help desk and technical support experience, with demonstrated growth. * Extensive experience supporting Mac OS workstations and iOS devices; PC experience is a plus. * Proficiency in networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and teleworker connectivity issues. * Strong expertise in ticketing systems, ideally Jira. * Experience with Jamf Pro, Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) platforms. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication, ownership, and reliability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure environments. * Strong technical and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Optional experience supporting audio/video systems (Creston, Savant, etc.). * Basic understanding of scripting such as Bash or PowerShell is a plus. Preferred Skills & Experience: * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a calm and composed demeanor during stressful situations. * Relentless perseverance, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Passion for professional development and continuous learning in the IT field. * Experience working in a high-end, client-facing technical environment with VIP clients. * Experience in unstructured environments. * Experience on residential technology environments is a plus. ## Description * Deliver exceptional technical support to VIP clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. * Manage and troubleshoot macOS workstations and iOS devices, supporting end-user needs promptly and thoroughly. * Lead and assist on high-end technical projects involving advanced hardware, software, and networking solutions.
