## About the Role

* 4 years of hands-on NetSuite support or administration experience.
 * Experience supporting Finance and Accounting users.
 * Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, user administration, roles, and permissions.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working with a ticket-management or IT service-management process.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 * Clear written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

The NetSuite Support Analyst will provide day-to-day technical and operational support for the company's NetSuite environment. The role will focus on routine system administration, minor system updates, workflow troubleshooting, and support for Finance and Accounting users., * Provide routine technical support for NetSuite.

 * Perform minor system administration and configuration updates.
 * Maintain approved foreign-exchange rates.
 * Troubleshoot and restart failed or stuck workflows and scheduled processes.
 * Resolve common application issues and user support requests.
 * Support user accounts, roles, permissions, and access changes.
 * Partner with Finance and Accounting users to investigate and resolve issues.
 * Work with the IT Service Desk to manage, track, and close NetSuite support tickets.
 * Document common issues and support procedures.
 * Escalate complex configuration, integration, scripting, or development issues to senior resources or vendors.
