They will be responsible for running reports in the TOPS system to identify students that need to be tested and ensure correct tests are administered. They will need to travel to different consortium member programs throughout Bexar County and some travel outside of Bexar County. They MUST have reliable transportation. Supervisor: Director, AEL Consortium Status: Non-exempt Schedule: Part-time hours as needed (some Evenings and Saturdays required) Responsibilities * Coordinate work schedule with AEL Consortium Director and AEL Consortium Quality Specialist * Communicate with consortium member program leadership to confirm testing dates, facilities, and specific students * Follow the CASAS proctor rules and regulations * Test students according to "Next Assigned Test" list in TOPS * Ensure all students have proper testing environment * Verify TEAMS reports for testing hours * Maintain student privacy information * Other duties and tasks as assigned, Work requires visual acuity, speech, hearing, and manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment. Duties include sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting as needed to perform essential functions.
