The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing contact center applications, with specific experience automating and validating NICE inContact Chat and Email workflows using Cyara., Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

 * Strong experience with NICE inContact Chat & Email UI E2E Testing.
 * Hands-on experience with Cyara Automation.
 * Experience performing E2E automation testing for NICE inContact Chat & Email.
 * Strong QA / Test Automation background.
 * Experience developing and executing automated test scenarios.
 * Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing.
 * Strong defect identification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Contact Center / Customer Experience platforms.
 * Experience testing omnichannel customer interactions.
 * API testing and integration testing experience.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
 * Experience working with enterprise-scale QA and automation teams.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

## Description

We are seeking experienced QA/Test Automation professionals with strong hands-on expertise in NICE inContact Chat & Email UI End-to-End (E2E) Testing and Cyara Automation., * Perform end-to-end testing of NICE inContact Chat and Email UI applications.

 * Design, develop, and execute automated E2E test scenarios using Cyara.
 * Validate complete customer journeys across NICE inContact Chat and Email channels.
 * Create and maintain automated test cases and test scripts.
 * Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
 * Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
 * Analyze test failures and troubleshoot issues across application workflows.
 * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA teams to resolve defects.
 * Participate in test planning, execution, reporting, and release validation.
 * Maintain automation scripts and continuously improve test coverage.
 * Support regression testing for application enhancements and production releases.
 * Provide clear test results, defect details, and status updates to project stakeholders.
