* 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
 * Deep hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASR)
 * Hands-on administration of Palo Alto Strata firewalls, Panorama, and GlobalProtect
 * SD-WAN deployment experience (Cisco Viptela or similar platform)
 * Multi-cloud networking experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP
 * Genuine senior-level Terraform and Ansible experience, able to speak to real automation projects
 * Strong background in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS routing protocols
 * Exposure to OT/industrial networking (SCADA, PLC, or MES environments)
 * CCNP or PCNSE preferred
