You have worked on multiple projects, figured stuff out on your own, and care about doing quality work. Specifically: * Strong JavaScript and CSS fundamentals * AI coding tools (Cursor) and how to use them effectively * Eye for detail - you notice when spacing is off or UX feels clunky * Can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without making them feel stupid * Shopify experience preferred but not required, if you're good with templating languages and can self-learn, you'll pick it up quickly You will be expected to deliver high quality work quickly, without extensive revisions or constant manager check-ins, * Web development: 2 years (Required) ## Description * You feel you need clear instructions * You struggle with ambiguity * You'd rather specialize than constantly learn new things. * You prefer following established processes. Who We Are: A small team, ongoing clients, real projects. No corporate nonsense. If you like working where your code matters and you get to work closely with the clients, you'll fit in., * Build custom Shopify themes and features using Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS) * Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and solve technical challenges in plain English * Own projects from kickoff to launch - you'll be the lead, not just following tickets * Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, etc.) to write cleaner code faster * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing client sites, * Special answer box * Rate your level of experience use AI models and tooling for development on a scale of 1 - 5 (5 being expert).
