## Description

* Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling
 * Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology
 * Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access
 * Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals
 * Support Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps
 * Assist with Active Directory: accounts, password resets, and access control
 * Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours
 * Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors
 * Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricity
