Skills and Abilities * Strong understanding of healthcare operations and reimbursement. * Extensive knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and healthcare regulatory requirements. * Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management. * Strong financial management and budgeting skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead organizational change and technology transformation. * Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. ## Description The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, implementation, security, and management of the organization's information technology systems. The CIO ensures technology supports the organization's mission of delivering high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.
