This employer is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer for a direct hire role based in Kennett Square, PA (2 days onsite per week). This position sits at the intersection of software engineering and business consulting, focused on building practical AI solutions that improve real-world workflows. You'll be working heavily with Python, modern web technologies, and large language models to create scalable applications-from early prototype through full production deployment.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll partner directly with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and turn them into AI-driven solutions.
