## Description

Are you interested in helping people by providing stellar customer service? Join the No Compromise Gaming team as an Entry Level PC Technician. In this role, you will receive training to diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers, providing top-notch support to our customers., * Provide remote and telephone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers.

 * Unpack systems as they are received and assess their condition.
 * Test systems and document any issues.
 * Diagnose and repair identified issues.
 * Prepare systems for shipment.
