## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking with a focus on data center infrastructure
 * Hands-on experience with data center networking: BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, and leaf-spine topologies
 * Experience managing senior-level network engineers and driving team performance
 * Cisco certification at the professional or expert level (CCNP, CCIE, or CCDP)
 * Proven track record managing enterprise networking vendors: evaluation, selection, and ongoing relationship management
 * Experience designing and maintaining high-availability architectures with east-west traffic optimization and fault isolation
 * Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Graduate degree in a related technical discipline
 * Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and network automation tooling
 * Background integrating hybrid cloud connectivity into enterprise network strategy
 * Cross-functional collaboration experience with server, storage, virtualization, and security teams
 * Familiarity with IT and Information Security policy compliance within network engineering teams
