## Description

Seeking an experienced IT professional to support and maintain facilities-based technology systems including video surveillance, access control, building automation, and telecommunications platforms. The role is responsible for system design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation across multiple locations., * Install, configure, maintain, and monitor statewide network infrastructure

 * Support Cisco routers and switches
 * Administer Palo Alto and Zscaler web filtering solutions
 * Maintain video surveillance, server, workstation, and storage environments
 * Support access control and building automation systems
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
 * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
 * Provide project tracking, reporting, and status updates
 * Contribute to strategic and tactical infrastructure planning
 * Work independently at multiple secure locations as required
