## About the Role

We are hiring Order Entry / EDI Specialists to support customer order processing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order entry, EDI, SAP, ERP systems, customer service, purchasing, logistics, or administrative support. Candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with business systems are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience as an Order Entry Specialist, EDI Specialist, Customer Service Representative, SAP Coordinator, ERP Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, Data Entry Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant are encouraged to apply., * Previous experience with order entry, EDI, SAP, or ERP systems preferred

 * Strong data entry and computer skills
 * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
 * Customer service or administrative experience is a plus
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving skills

## Description

* Process customer orders accurately using SAP or other ERP systems
 * Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and workflows
 * Coordinate EDI implementation, testing, validation, and deployment activities
 * Monitor order status and resolve order processing issues
 * Maintain accurate customer and order records
 * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
 * Assist with process documentation and user support
 * Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements
 * Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
