## About the Role

* Proven experience developing backend services and APIs in Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred)
 * Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on GCP, utilizing serverless and container-based approaches
 * Experience working with image workflows, AI integration (such as computer vision, OCR), and metadata management

 * Strong knowledge of secure engineering practices, including IAM, encryption, and audit logging
 * Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
 * Excellent troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams
