## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst supporting ERP initiatives, with a strong understanding of finance processes and business operations.

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

 * Experience supporting system implementations, testing, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, or related modules.

 * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure-related technologies.

 * Experience participating in full-cycle ERP implementations, including data migration, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support.

Daily Responsibilities

 * Hands-On Engineering: 70%

 * Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%

## Description

This role offers the opportunity to partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to improve business processes, drive ERP adoption, and deliver meaningful technology solutions. You'll play a key role in bridging business requirements and system capabilities while supporting enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
