Our clients rely on us to manage their full tech stack-including cloud, on-prem systems, and network infrastructure. We're looking for a highly capable Level 2-3 Technician to handle more advanced issues, mentor junior techs, and take point on projects and escalations., As a Level 2-3 Technician, you will serve as a technical lead for escalations, support complex environments, and deploy new infrastructure. You'll work directly with clients and systems involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Windows Server, and modern networking hardware.
