Education and Experience Requirement * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience. ## Description You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on building and supporting enterprise applications on the IBM Maximo platform. We work closely with both business and technical partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency. Where You Come In * You analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions. * You design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform. * You participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering to deployment. * You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical requirements. * You build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework. * You enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, MBO customizations, and BIRT reports. * You troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting. * You create validation documents, test plans, and execute test cases to ensure quality. * You maintain system documentation, including design specs and user guides. * You mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. * You build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders. * You occasionally support integrations with data platforms (e.g., BigQuery) and reporting tools like Tableau. * You may also assist with AVEVA PI content creation and troubleshooting when needed., To all Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our Careers Site is only for individuals seeking a job at Dexcom.
