## About the Role

* Associate's degree in an Information Technology-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
 * Seven (7) or more years of experience installing and maintaining PC/server hardware, software, office equipment, database development, and application support required.
 * Detailed knowledge of:

 - Computer hardware and software support
 - Database design, development, debugging, and maintenance
 - Network troubleshooting and technical support
 - Web scripting languages such as ASP/ASP.NET, PHP, Perl, and related technologies
 * Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. A valid driver's license is required, * Associate (Required)

## Description

KAMO Power is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst Sr. This exemptposition is responsible for providing computer, software, and office equipment technical support for KAMO and its member systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining reliable IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and designing and maintaining technology solutions that support business operations., * Provide software and hardware technical support for KAMO and member systems.

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, servers, software, office equipment, databases, and applications.
 * Design, implement, and support new technology systems while assisting with network and IT troubleshooting.
 * Document computer systems, applications, and processes through written documentation, logic diagrams, and flowcharts.
