SQL Expectations * Light to moderate SQL. * Ability to query databases for root-cause analysis. * Investigate data and transaction failures. * Validate records and troubleshoot integrations. * No need for advanced development skills. * No heavy stored procedures or database development. XML / Data Flow Knowledge * Basic XML understanding. * Understanding of integrations and data movement between systems. * Ability to investigate interface failures and messaging issues. o Mantis WMS preferred ## Description This person will be the primary technical owner and SME for the company's Mantis Warehouse Management System. The role sits between IT, warehouse operations, and software development, ensuring warehouse systems remain stable, healthy, and operational while supporting end users and troubleshooting data flow issues.
