## About the Role

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps and Security Incident Response processes.
 * 9 to 11 years of experience in ServiceNow, SecOps, ITSM, security operations, solution architecture, and implementation governance.
 * Experience designing ServiceNow SIR or SecOps implementations.
 * Ability to distinguish MVP scope from future-state roadmap items.
 * Strong knowledge of security incident response frameworks such as NIST and SANS.
 * Experience with ServiceNow roles, groups, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, inbound email, risk scoring, and reporting.
 * Strong governance, project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
 * Ability to manage delivery in a regulated or evidence-driven environment.
 * Understanding of SDLC documentation, testing evidence, release readiness, and production handoff needs.
 * Experience managing U.S.-based delivery teams and client-facing workshops.

Education Required:

 * Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
