Preferred Qualifications: + Active DoD Top Secret clearance + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience working in a regulated, engineering, or technical environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, or similar). + Hands-on experience packaging and troubleshooting SCOs or other reusable learning objects. + Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, Lectora) and related media production tools. + Experience with structured documentation, taxonomies, and metadata management. + Understanding of basic project management practices (schedules, baselines, change control). ## Description Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst** to support the Sentinel Program in **Roy, UT.** What You'll Get to Do: This individual will be responsible for working within a team to manage the structure, configuration, and lifecycle of training development artifacts, including shareable content objects (SCOs), media assets, lesson plans, and related documentation within the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model for a new training system supporting the United States Air Force. This role serves as the bridge between instructional design and technical configuration, ensuring that all training content is accurately organized, version-controlled, traceable, and ready for deployment in learning systems (LMS/LCMS).
