This includes routers, switches, and cabling. The Network/Telecom Technician ensures reliable connectivity by performing routine maintenance, testing equipment, and resolving connectivity issues to keep network systems running efficiently. This individual will receive guidance from leadership and should be responsive to customer questions or concerns and address any issues in a timely manner. The Network/Telecom Technician reports to the Electronic Security and Safety Department Manager and works primarily out of the assigned area. What You'll Do: * Management of IT infrastructure - Hardware setup, customer network support, Endpoint support in field. * Troubleshoot and support all IT connected devices * Remediate Security vulnerabilities and perform/request appropriate action from respective items/teams * Collaborate with Operations across multiple groups to meet current and future continuous improvement project goals * Ability to assist with deploying/troubleshooting networking solutions on premise, cloud, or hybrid. * Provide Technical support and on-site troubleshooting/repair for customers. * Responding to phone calls and texts after hours and on weekends within a timely manner * Experience and Skills in documenting all work performed daily to build complete customer work history * Other duties as assigned, This position requires the completion of a thorough background and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
