Additional Requirements for the SR II position include the following: * A minimum of six years' experience in industrial power systems or electric utility power systems. * Advanced technical degree or professional engineer (PE) license strongly desired or 7 years of directly applicable engineering experience required. * Knowledge and application of engineering principles in the area of substations design, power system protection and/or power system analysis Preferences * Professional Engineering License (PE) * Power systems focused Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (MEngEE) * Proficiency in substation design * Proficiency in power system protection design and settings ## Description Develops advanced engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments associated with the planning, design, licensing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company's generation, transmission, distribution, telecommunication, or other utility facilities/systems. This position will support company initiatives related to development and implementation of innovative technology projects in the Transmission and Distribution business areas. Key focus areas include wildfire mitigation, cybersecurity, automation and system reliability. This position is available at multiple levels.
