 * Experience in evaluating vendor-delivered software designs, assessing usability gaps, and establishing product requirements.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise software initiatives.
 * Maintain and expand the enterprise design system, component libraries, and standardized UI style guides.
 * Plan, facilitate, and synthesize user research interviews and usability testing sessions across diverse stakeholder groups.
 * Translate strategic business objectives into scalable, intuitive, and responsive user interface experiences.
 * Evaluate third-party vendor design deliverables, assess usability patterns, and recommend architectural improvements.
 * Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and solution architects to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
 * Author functional UX specifications, interaction models, and detailed product requirements for development teams.
