## About the Role

* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the utility sector
 * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GSEC
 * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, NERC, etc.
 * Proficient in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
 * Willingness to travel and work on-site as required

## Description

The Cybersecurity Engineer will work with utility clients to assess their cybersecurity needs,
design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support. They will be part of a team of
experts who are passionate about protecting critical infrastructure from cyber threats. They will
also have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop their skills in a fast-paced
and dynamic environment.

 * Perform cybersecurity assessments and audits for utility clients.
 * Design and deploy cybersecurity solutions based on industry standards and best
 * practices.
 * Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for cybersecurity issues.
 * Monitor and report on cybersecurity performance and compliance.
 * Research and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies

Responsibilities

 * Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and gap assessment for utility clients
 * Develop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plans
 * Configure and install cybersecurity tools and systems, such as firewalls, antivirus,
 * encryption, authentication, etc.
 * Perform vulnerability scanning, review cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response
 * Train and educate utility staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices
