## Description

MORSE is looking for a Co-op IT Specialist to join our team of talented IT Professionals. Do you enjoy getting hands-on with technology? Do you enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems? In this role you will assist with IT tasks and projects, including implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting a variety of technology as part of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a love of technology., * IT Helpdesk ticket support

 * Onboarding of new employees
 * Manage Poly VTC Systems
 * Assisting with new system implementation
 * System troubleshooting
 * Helping to configure, manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers
 * Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including planning and project rollout support
 * Becoming familiar with IT security and data protection
