Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, business, planning, engineering, or a related field or proven work experience 2. Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in geographic information system design, implementation, and management including experience in GIS hardware and software. 3. Five (5) years of experience in operation of CADD systems and CADD data. 4. Department may specify software experience required to meet its technological requirements. 5. Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. 6.
