This position ensures employees have reliable access to business applications, protects company data, and continually improves technology solutions that increase operational efficiency. The IT/IS Specialist serves as one of the technology resources for the organization and works closely with all departments to identify, implement, and maintain technology that supports company growth., Information Technology * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. * Maintain company Wi-Fi and network infrastructure. * Perform routine system updates and software installations. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. * Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers. Information Systems * Support company CRM, ERP, and business software. * Support employee access to cloud applications. * Configure software integrations and workflows. * Maintain company databases and digital records. * Assist departments with software optimization. * Document system configurations and procedures. * Develop technology standards and best practices. Technical Support * Respond promptly to employee technology requests. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Provide software training for employees. * Support remote users and field personnel. * Maintain an IT help desk ticketing process. * Escalate complex issues when necessary.
