## Description

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Management Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives across operational, historical, and next-generation data platforms. You'll oversee data architecture, governance, and modernization efforts, while driving the transition to scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong teams, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making., * Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Data Architects, Analysts, DBAs, PMs)

 * Drive data governance, quality, and master data management initiatives
 * Establish data architecture standards, policies, and best practices
 * Partner with engineering and leadership on data platform transformation
 * Oversee migration to modern data platforms (Data Lake/Lakehouse)
 * Ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory standards
 * Manage delivery timelines, risks, and multiple concurrent initiatives
